Bluetooth device has become a trend nowadays. The most popular are Bluetooth speakers and headsets. One troublesome problem is when your phone cant detect your Bluetooth device. What if you accidentally unpaired your Bluetooth device from your mobile phone? I assure you that you can never connect with your device again when you do that. What happens when you unpair your device is that your mobile phone will remember the device that you unpaired so when you try to scan it, it will detect the device but it wont show it on the your list.
What can you do if this happened? Is there a solution? Definitely! That's why you are here. I am going to teach you how to pair your previously unpaired device from your mobile phone.
All you need to do is to reset your phone to factory setting to delete the system data which contains your Bluetooth device. Or you can follow this simple steps to erase the network setting of your phone.
go to SETTINGS
go to APPLICATIONS
go to APPLICATION MANAGER
---(swipe to left)-- go to ALL APPLICATION---BLUETOOTH
then CLEAR DATA AND CLEAR CACHE
then restart your phone then scan your device.
If the above process did not solve your issue follow this 2nd method
PRESS AND HOLD THE 3 BUTTONS
(POWER + HOME + VOLUME UP)
When your phone vibrates, release the POWER button but continue to HOLD HOME + VOLUME UP button.
I don't have an home button option in Samsung galaxy j8.
